Discovering the exotic territories in the earth is really interesting for excited people. Valley of Geyser is only one in Eurasia which is situated in Kamchatka Peninsula, far east of Russia. It is the second largest geysers in the world.
Situating on the bank of Geysernaya River, Valley of Geysers offers strange natural beauty which is not easy to reach. A wonderful volcano of Kamchatka with the temperature of 250 degree centigrade has been preserved as a significant aspect of the Kronotsky Natural Reserve. Valley of Geysers falls under the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site as the volcano of Kamchatka.
The history of Geysers' Valley discloses that it was explored by local geologist Tatyana Ustinova and observer Anisifor Krupenin in 1941. But they published the report about that place only after 14 years. However, after the discovery of this hidden part of Russia, it became hot cake for every local as well foreign tourists. But it cannot be visited easily due to the difficult geographical structure. The exploration went on till 1990. It was opened for the foreign visitors since 1991. As a result, Valley of Geysers became the attractive destination for adventure loving tourists.
The original structure of the valley was destroyed by the landslide in 2007 which buried most of the geysers. This wonderful piece of Eurasia was declared as one of the seventh wonders in Russia in 2008. Valley of Geysers faced a lot of disasters in current days but there is still wonderful parts available for the remote traveler.
