The history of St. Basil's Cathedral goes back to the 16th century which was built by Ivan as a memory of victory over the German troops. It was the tallest building in 1600 and recognized as the Trinity Church and it became Trinity Cathedral later.
There are about ten churches around this cathedral which have added more attraction in its original figure.
The Kremlin is one of the beautiful fortresses which is situated in the heart of Moscow city having cultural, political and spiritual importance which was formally established in 1147 with a wooden fort. It is also said to be the historical, spiritual and political landmark of Moscow.
